I Am Going To Have The Best Day.

It’s my weekennnnnnnnnnd! YAY!

And of course, I plan for it to be awesome. Here is my to do list:

- Do some more organization in the apartment.
- Take a really long shower.
- Read in bed for a ridiculously long, self-indulgent amount of time.
- Wear purple eyeshadow (work doesn’t make a good purple and I’m only allowed to wear our makeup, so during the workweek purple doesn’t really fly).
- Get a hair cut for the first time in months.
- Go see Julie and Julia with my coworker.

And that’s just for today.

Unnnnnnnnh…

I feel like hell today. I woke up with a killer migraine, the kind that feels like tiny explosions in your brain whenever you so much as clear your throat. I keep coughing for some reason so… that’s fun.

It sounds like I’m getting sick, I know. I also know that I’m definitely not getting sick. I’m pretty sure that working around all that smelly stuff is finally catching up with me.

Anyway, feeling like hell aside, I’m looking forward to a nice day off. My mom and I are getting together to go to Ikea… they have a dresser there that I quite fancy, and I need some coasters. The coasters we currently use are made of soapstone. There are puffins carved on them. I know they sound kind of awesome, but I can’t stand them. We might also pop into Michael’s, because I need to get materials for making ceremony programs, and I’m sort of desperately hunting for a bicycle charm so I can make myself a necklace exactly like this one.

Note: We really need some curtains. Our bedroom window faces the east, so every morning I wake up with sunshine positively beating down on me. Which means I wake up sweaty. Which means I smell like Satan’s feet first thing in the morning. Hence, we really need some curtains.
